These terms apply to the use of www.quirin-huber.com and to advisory engagements with Quirin Huber, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Individual engagement agreements take precedence over these terms.

The content of this site is informational. It is not an offer, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. No obligation arises from browsing the site or from sending an enquiry.

Strategic Perspectives shown on this site are independent explorations created to demonstrate how distinctive properties and places are approached. They are not presented as completed client mandates unless stated otherwise.

An engagement begins only once scope, timing and fee are agreed in writing. Advisory work is provided with professional care as a service; a specific commercial outcome is not owed. Fees are payable within 14 days of invoice, plus statutory VAT where applicable.

Information shared during an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law. Publication of an engagement as a reference requires prior approval.

Concepts, analyses, documents, images and film material remain protected by copyright. Clients receive a right of use for the agreed purpose upon full payment; further use requires written consent.

Strategic advisory and creative execution remain distinct. Where execution is appropriate, NextFlow Studios (www.nextflow-studios.com) may be proposed as one possible partner; it is never a condition of an advisory engagement.

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual duties and to the foreseeable damage typical of such contracts.

German law applies. If the client is a merchant or legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Quirin Huber. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
